Walking Soccer

Walking Soccer is a low-impact version of the game that makes soccer accessible for everyone—older adults, those recovering from injuries, or anyone who wants a fun, less demanding way to stay active. It’s soccer at a slower pace, but with all the same camaraderie, laughter, and love for the game.

Who Plays
-
Adults who want to keep playing the sport they love without the strain.
-
Individuals looking for a safe, active way to recover or stay fit.

In a recent scrimmage, our players logged more than two miles during an hour of play—proof that walking soccer is both active and enjoyable!

How It Works
